Avilla Prairie Center COVID-19 Policy Information

Our leasing offices are open, and rest assured, the health of our residents, prospects and associates remains our top priority. We’ll be cleaning, sanitizing and following safety guidelines in our leasing offices as well as our model homes. 

In person tours are by appointment only and can be scheduled by calling our leasing office directly. We also have self-guided tour options available which can be scheduled here

We all play a part in helping prevent the spread of Covid-19 and ask that you adhere to these prevention guidelines while in public spaces throughout our communities

• Due to government mandate, you must wear a mask when entering and while inside
• Do not enter if you are feeling ill or have been in contact with someone that has
• You must maintain a minimum 6-foot distance between you and others
• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds 

We have put preventative measures in place due to the spread of COVID-19; however, entering any office, common, or amenity area could increases your risk of contracting Covid-19.
